Progeny

We are very proud of each and every foal that we have raised. They have all moved on to wonderful homes and families. Here are just a few of the updates we have received regarding Lepanto's sons and daughters.

Lexus

Lexus is a 3/4 Andalusian mare out of Seville and sired by Lepanto. Lexus has been shown up to 3rd level dressage with scores ranging from 61.85% to 67.41%. Lexus is owned by Jackie Adam of Manitoba Canada. In Jackie's words:
"Lexus has an amazing temperament. She is kind, intelligent, honest and tries her best to do what is asked. She is a joy to work with and a pleasure to ride. I have received many kind compliments from judges, trainers, clinicians, and from many others who have met her. "

Oliver

Oliver is a half Andalusian Gelding out of Midnight Weasel (TB) and sired by Lepanto. Oliver is owned by Kim Billquist of Florida USA. This is what Kim has to say about her much-loved Oliver:
"Oliver has been showing the 3'6"-3'9" jumpers as of lately, doing absolutely wonderful we are always in the top 5, he honestly doesn't know how to refuse. I can't tell you how many offers (some of them actually worth thinking about!) we've had on him at shows, but we can't part with him. We have also done countless hunter paces, and have tried some 1 day horse trials, which he did extremely well in also. His dressage scores were in the 50's/60's (with an owner who is not a dressage rider!) and all 4 trials that we have done so far we have had double clears both cross country & stadium. So I must say he is honestly a very versatile athlete. He has the best personality in the barn, we call him our "gifted" child, he is the one who's mind is always working (and the only one who needs 2 latches on his stall door as he has figured out how to open everything!), so his stall is full of 'toys'.

Maddison

Maddison is a half Andalusian Gelding out of Baily (Paint) and sired by Lepanto. "Maddy has shown successfully in the lower dressage levels with his amateur owner Dianne Stanley of Montana USA.

Gattica

Gattica is a half Andalusian mare out of Grace (TB) and sired by Lepanto. Gattica is owned by Susan Stevenson of California. Susan has kept us updated on their progress:
"In 2006 Gattica qualified for USDF regionals in both first and second level, plus in hand as a mature sporthorse mare. She has also competed at an andalusian show and won the in hand class plus both Amateur and open dressage suitability. Based on these placings we qualified for the Andalusian finals as well. The judge told me she was the nicest half Andalusian he'd seen in years."

Nathan

Nathan is a young half Andalusian Gelding out of Emma (TB) and sired by Lepanto. Nathan is owned by Mary Korac of British Columbia Canada. In his first show Nathan and his owner earned scores from 65.5% and 68.6% in Training Level.
